Job Description

We are looking to hire a Business Office Manager - Part Time Position to join our Long Term Care and Sub-Acute home in East Orange, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs processing of accounts receivable, adjustments, private and third party agencies and census information
  • Manages resident trust funds and maintains confidential files
  • Manages accounts receivable collections for past due resident accounts
  • Provides written past due report concerning resident accounts to the Administrator

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in nursing home bookkeeping is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • High school degree
  • Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended

Job Type: Part-time
