Jack Yeager
Jack Yeager grew up in Princeton and was an active member of the Princeton area community. From working at the prestigious Princeton University eating clubs, to helping customers at the local supermarket, Jack made sure to keep involved as much as possible. His caring and good spirited nature has never changed, even when faced with a challenging situation.
After he was diagnosed with high blood sugar in 2009, Jack retired and became a resident at the Merwick facility in Princeton. Now, at age 79, he is an active member in the close-knit community at Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center in Plainsboro. He stays involved through participating in BINGO games, playing cards, and enjoying the grounds outside. He also makes sure to watch every Mets game so he can cheer on his favorite team. Even though he makes sure to have a good time, he knows the importance of watching his health, with the help of the staff. “The nursing staff is very good,” he said. “The food is also good.”
