Short- Term Rehabilitation at The Luxor Pavilion
For patients recovering from an illness or surgery, the Luxor Pavilion at Merwick, featuring rehabilitation by Kessler Rehabilitation, is a bridge between hospital and home – a place to prepare to return to normal life. Whether recuperating from surgery or learning how to resume everyday activities with a hip or knee replacement, Merwick provides sophisticated medical rehabilitative care designed to safely and quickly get patients back home. Merwick has a longstanding relationship of providing post-hospital care for patients discharged from University Medical Center of Princeton, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Capital Health System, and many other hospitals in the New Jersey and Philadelphia region.
Windsor Healthcare’s Luxor Pavilion at Merwick features a 3,500-square-foot gym where our patients can work to rebuild their strength and stamina using the latest Nautilus exercise equipment. With a two-story wall of glass that floods the gym with light and offers views to the adjacent therapy garden, the Luxor Pavilion is the ideal location for a robust rehabilitation schedule. We will feature an on-site dialysis center for both inpatient and outpatient treatment.
Physicians direct our interdisciplinary clinical teams to develop a plan of care to meet the patient’s specific medical, rehabilitation, social, and emotional needs. We provide up to seven days a week of therapy, enabling a focused and aggressive approach to getting our patients back on their feet and in their own homes.
