Afrika Parks, Chief Clinical Officer for Windsor Healthcare announced two additions to her clinical leadership team at Buckingham Care & Rehabilitation Center in Norwood, NJ. Last month, Marsha Cill RN, MSN, FNP-C, was hired to chair the centers clinical team as the Director of Nursing, as well as Kristina Rosario RN, BSN, who will serve as the new Assistant Director of Nursing.
Marsha has been a Director of Nursing for the past six years, with a 12-year tenure as a Nurse. She started her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse and progressed to Masters level in nursing. Trevor Dublin, Administrator at Buckingham Care & Rehabilitation said, "She is great addition to the team and is a knowledgeable individual, with characteristics of a teacher and committed to nursing excellence." Recently Marsha graduated Masters level for Family Nurse Practitioner with High Distinctions. She is a member of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care (NADONA/LTC), The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) , and The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Kristina has been a nurse for 7 years. With her love for nursing, Kristina began her career in health care as a CNA in 2008, then progressed to becoming a licensed practical nurse, shortly after she obtained her associated degree in nursing and finally, her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
Both Marsha and Kristina will lead the team at Buckingham to continue their capabilities of caring for complex patients and building programming that meets the needs of the community and hospital partners that the center supports. We look forward to seeing what these two leaders will do to strive for the continued excellence in care that Buckingham is known for.
